Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange or offer a refund or store credit for the cost of goods (not including shipping fees) provided we are notified via [email protected] within 5 business days of you receiving the goods. Fees and charges may apply for certain services (please see below).

Once we acknowledge your request, items must be returned with a copy of the invoice within 10 business days in Australia or 20 business days worldwide from date of notification. If items are not returned within these time frames, only store credit notes will be issued. Our address is 10 Holloway Drive, VIC 3153, Australia.

Goods must not have been used or damaged, is in its original packaging and is in a fully resalable condition. If we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the goods.

Please note, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on any specially ordered or customised products. In addition, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on fabrics/trims that have been cut to size due to change of mind or that have been incorrectly ordered.

Fees & Charges

If you are returning goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase and wish to exchange the value of goods for other items, you will be charged the cost of postage to resend the new selected goods back to you.

If you are returning goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase and wish to obtain a full refund on the value of goods, we may deduct an administration fee plus any bank or processing charges incurred. No fees or charges will be deducted if you obtain a store credit for the value of goods. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

If you are returning any goods because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective (NOT including items that have natural occuring imperfections e.g. feathers, leather, straws etc, and NOT including items that have been damaged during transit), we will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the goods to us. Once we have received the goods and confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will replace and resend the goods at no extra cost, or provide a full refund in the original form of payment. Alternatively we can offer a store credit note plus an additional 10% value for the inconvenience.
