Foiled

Foiled Spandex is an essential product for dance, calisthenics and gymnastics costumes due to its elasticity and lightweight composition which supports the body well whilst expanding to allow movement. These fabrics are usually selected as a base layer on which to build the rest of a costume on, however some fabrics such as the foiled and hologram varieties may not need extra added embellishments due to their inherent sparkly properties.
