House of Adorn Team Members will be on hand to assist you with your creations. Our team have extensive experience in the Millinery Industry and look forward to sharing our knowledge and skills with you.
These 'Do It Yourself' workshops are open to anyone wanting to use the space available to design and make your own headpieces, fascinators or hats. All the materials required will be available for purchase during the workshop. Attendees will have full access to all the facilities, equipment and tools required to construct your design including limited hat blocks, hat stiffener, steamers, glues, basic haberdashery and more. Our team will be on hand to give basic guidance and assistance where possible.
Please check out our other more advanced workshops if you are wanting to expand on your skills and learn more specific Millinery skills. If you have a group of 5 or more, it may be possible to arrange your own private workshop. Please contact us for more information.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those more advance who require access to millinery equipment and tools.

$50 (Plus additional costs of materials used during the workshop which can range between $30-$80 or more depending on the types of materials chosen/used.)

The closest train stations are Mt Waverley and Glen Waverley. From the train stations, it is recommended to catch a bus or taxi.
STUDENTS TO PROVIDE:
Bring along your sewing kit if you have one and an apron if possible. Most importantly, if you would like to make a design to match your outfit or accessories, remember to bring these along as well. All the materials required to make your design will be available for purchase during the workshop.
